Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This does not apply to non-stocked or special purchase items. To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing via email or our contact form.  

How to Return Your Items

  • Make contact in the first instance for return authorisation.
  • Ensure the wheels are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Under no circumstances may goods be returned without prior approval. All goods must be collected by our own courier.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Once the wheels have been fitted they are no longer considered new and unused and will therefore will not be accepted under these terms.
  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a returns authorisation.
  • We will arrange a courier collection from the delivery destination within 14 days of the returns authorisation.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return and cover the cost of shipping. You may choose to receive a replacement or a full refund.

Exclusions

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered. Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable.
